Counseling
$120 per 50 minute session.

Leadership Coaching
$400 per month, three month minimum.
Includes four 40 minute sessions per month with unlimited email or text message communication.
Coaching is a dynamic relationship of support and feedback designed to help the leader achieve his or her goals. It provides a confidential thought partner, and will help elevate the leader’s emotional intelligence.
Coaching Specialties Include:
Therapeutic Massage
One hour $75
One hour & 30 minutes $122
Two hours $175
Experience full body relaxation with long, gliding strokes in the direction of blood flow. Beneficial for oxygenation, reducing muscle toxins, improving circulation, digestion and sleep.

$75 per 45 minute session
$100 per hour
O.T. offers comprehensive support for individuals of all ages, helping them thrive in their daily lives. O.T. promotes holistic wellness by focusing on meaningful life actives and adaptive strategies empowering individuals to overcome obsticals and live life to the fullest.
Payments Policies
Payments are expected at time of service, unless other arrangements have been made.
Accepted Forms of Payment are Cash, Check, Credit or Debit Card, Health Savings or Flex Account.

Aetna, Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Carelon Behavioral Health, Cigna, Oscar Health, Oxford Behavioral Health, Quest Behavioral Health, and United Health Care.
*(If your insurance company is not listed, you may be eligible for “out of network” benefits for which we are happy to provide documentation. We ask that you pay your fees at the time of service and use the documentation we provide for seeking reimbursement from your carrier).
Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA)
Some clients may qualify to have their fees covered through the Arizona Empowerment Scholarship Account through Class Wallet.
