Meet Tammy Brewer, a compassionate Christian Counselor offering Christ-centered, Biblically-based counseling for individuals, children, couples, and the elderly. With over 20 years of ministry involvement as a lay counselor, group leader, and life coach, Tammy brings a wealth of experience to guide and empower people through life’s challenges. Married with five adult children and seven grandchildren, Tammy’s heart is devoted to equipping individuals with techniques to manage stressors, always with an awareness of the need for God’s intervention and plan in our lives.

In addition to her love for family time, hiking, HIIT workouts, gardening, baking, and soaking up the Arizona sunshine, Tammy employs an integrative counseling approach. Drawing from modalities such as Christian Counseling, EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, and Mindfulness, she tailors her approach to promote client health and wellness. Tammy is also qualified to accept ESA funds through Class Wallet for her counseling services. As part of her holistic approach to overall health and well-being, she incorporates Massage Therapy and Aromatherapy.
