After fifteen years in local church ministry, Dr. Daniels transitioned to an executive role – first as Executive Pastor in a 1200 member church, then as Vice President in a Christian Social Service Agency. His experience equipped him with effective leadership skills which include motivating volunteers and employees, finding work-life balance, enhancing emotional intelligence, cultivating workplace morale, and understanding the benefits of a “confidential thought partner” resulting in consistent organizational success.
